Welcome to the  R&B oldies web site hosted by Dave Edwards and Rockin' Jim Rigsbee. If you like R&B oldies and perhaps rarely heard soul sounds from the late fifties, all of the sixties, and the early seventies, this is the site  for you in the form of radio personality-style shows. We will also throw in a occasional familiar sound as well. Emphasis is placed on artists who's origins are from the San Francisco Bay Area. 

You can hear Dave Edwards LIVE with rare, not-so-rare, and familiar R&B on KPOO-FM 89.5 San Francisco with his "Jivin' Around" program every Thursday from 9am to 11am PST/PDT (For international listeners: 1700-1900 UTC, November through March; 1600-1800 UTC, April through October).

The two UTC time shifts during the year are due to transitions for California in going from standard time to daylight savings time and back in the Spring and Fall respectively.

For "ON-DEMAND" encore "Jivin' Around" shows  a WMA compatible player (Twinui that comes with Windows 10). The player for  Windows and the Mac will work as well.   No matter if you listen live or "ON-DEMAND" it will be a blast from the past.
